DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery of orders for Porreres will be made within a period not exceeding 48 hours, for other destinations in Mallorca, the period will be no more than one week. It is essential to correctly register all the details of the delivery address, contact telephone numbers and any important home address to avoid delivery problems (such as incorrect or incomplete addresses, not finding someone to receive the order, etc.).

In the event that the product could not be delivered because no person received it or due to an error in the address, only a second delivery can be made after coordination. In case the second delivery is unsuccessful, the customer must go to pick up her order at the store in question.
