Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product thanks to our 15-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product. Regardless of the right of withdrawal described above, the return policy allows you to return the products in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. Products must be returned in the same state in which you received them. Therefore, the products must be returned new, unused and complete. The same exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to our return policy.

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products that do not allow their return due to hygienic or health protection reasons if they have been unsealed by you after delivery (for example cosmetic products, underwear).
• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Note: If the reason for the return of the product is not because it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not refund the amount of the shipping costs; We will only refund the amount of the product. If you use a return label with postage paid, we will deduct shipping charges from the full refund amount.
